Prof. Dr.-Ing. Norbert Gronau
Univ.-Prof. Dr.-Ing. Norbert Gronau (Jahrgang 1964) studierte Maschinenbau und Betriebswirtschaftslehre an der Technischen Universität Berlin. Er promovierte 1994 über die Konzeption eines strategieorientierten Führungsinformationssystems zur Entscheidungsunterstützung des Produktionsmanagements am Fachbereich Informatik der TU Berlin. Bis März 2000 leitete er die Lehr- und Forschungsgruppe Produktionsorientierte Wirtschaftsinformatik am Institut für Wirtschaftsinformatik der TU Berlin. Dort habilitierte er sich im Oktober 2000 mit dem Thema "Nachhaltige Architekturen industrieller Informationssysteme bei organisatorischem Wandel" für das Lehrgebiet Wirtschaftsinformatik. Im Sommersemester 2000 verwaltete er die Professur Wirtschaftsinformatik an der Universität Oldenburg. Zum Wintersemester 2000/2001 wurde er auf diese Professur berufen, die er bis März 2004 innehatte. Seit April 2004 ist er Lehrstuhlinhaber an der Universität Potsdam. Seine Forschungsinteressen liegen in den Bereichen Betriebliches Wissenmanagement und Wandlungsfähige ERP-Systeme.

Prof. Dr.-Ing. Norbert Gronau

Prof. Dr.-Ing. Norbert Gronau (born 1964) studied mechanical engineering and business administration at the Technical University of Berlin. He received his doctorate in 1994 with a thesis on the conception of a strategy-oriented management information system for decision support in production management at the Department of Computer Science at the TU Berlin. Until March 2000, he headed the teaching and research group Production-Oriented Business Informatics at the Institute for Business Informatics at the TU Berlin. There he habilitated in October 2000 with the topic "Sustainable architectures of industrial information systems in the context of organizational change" for the subject area Business Informatics. In the summer semester of 2000 he managed the chair of Business Information Systems at the University of Oldenburg. In the winter semester 2000/2001 he was appointed to this professorship, which he held until March 2004. Since April 2004 he has held a chair at the University of Potsdam. His research interests lie in the areas of operational knowledge management and adaptable ERP systems.
Prof. Dr. Hanna Krasnova
Prof. Dr. Hanna Krasnova ist seit 2015 als Professorin am Lehrstuhl für Wirtschaftsinformatik, insbesondere Social Media und Data Science, an der Universität Potsdam tätig. Zuvor war sie Assistenzprofessorin an der Universität Bern in der Schweiz. In ihrer Forschung befasst sie sich mit Themen rund um den sozialen, individuellen und unternehmerischen Wert von Social Media. Hanna Krasnova ist Autorin von über 60 Forschungsartikeln, die in zahlreichen hochrangigen Journalen und im Rahmen diverser Konferenzen veröffentlicht wurden. Ihre Forschung zu Neid auf Facebook wurde auf der Wirtschaftsinformatik-Konferenz im Februar 2013 mit dem Best Paper Award ausgezeichnet und weltweit von allen großen Nachrichtenagenturen aufgegriffen. Weiterhin wurde Hanna Krasnova für ihre Forschungsideen zum Zusammenhang zwischen Social Media-Nutzung und Depression bei Jugendlichen von der Dalle Molle Foundation ausgezeichnet.

Prof. Dr. Hanna Krasnova

Prof. Dr. Hanna Krasnova has been a Professor at the Chair of Information Systems, in particular Social Media and Data Science, at the University of Potsdam since 2015. She was previously Assistant Professor at the University of Bern in Switzerland. Her research focuses on the social, individual and entrepreneurial value of social media. Hanna Krasnova is the author of over 60 research articles that have been published in numerous high-ranking journals and at various conferences. Her research on envy on Facebook won the Best Paper Award at the Business Informatics Conference in February 2013 and was picked up by all major news agencies worldwide. Furthermore, Hanna Krasnova was awarded by the Dalle Molle Foundation for her research ideas on the connection between social media use and depression among young people.
Prof. Dr. Key Pousttchi
Univ.-Prof. Dr. habil. Key Pousttchi ist Inhaber des SAP-Stiftungslehrstuhls für Wirtschaftsinformatik und Digitalisierung, insbesondere IT Strategy und IT Business Value, an der Wirtschafts- und Sozialwissenschaftlichen Fakultät der Universität Potsdam. Von 2001 bis 2014 lehrte er Wirtschaftsinformatik und Mobile Business an der Universität Augsburg und war Leiter der Forschungsgruppe wi-mobile, die er ab 2001 als eine der ersten wissenschaftlichen Forschungseinrichtungen im Fachgebiet M-Commerce und Mobile Business etablieren konnte. Von 1989 bis 2001 war er Offizier der Bundeswehr in verschiedenen Verwendungen mit den Schwerpunkten Führung und Strategie.

Prof. Dr. Key Pousttchi

Professor Dr. habil. Key Pousttchi holds the SAP Endowed Chair for Information Systems and Digitization, in particular IT Strategy and IT Business Value, at the Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences of the University of Potsdam. From 2001 to 2014 he taught business informatics and mobile business at the University of Augsburg and was head of the wi-mobile research group, which he established in 2001 as one of the first scientific research institutions in the field of m-commerce and mobile business. From 1989 to 2001, he was an officer of the German Armed Forces in various positions with a focus on leadership and strategy.
Prof. Dr. rer. pol. Moreen Heine
Prof. Dr. Moreen Heine beendete 2001 ihr Studium der Politikwissenschaften und Informatik an der Universität Potsdam. Von Dezember 2004 bis März 2005 war sie am Institute for eGovernement (IfG.CC) in Potsdam tätig. Seit Februar 2005 ist sie Mitarbeiterin am Lehrstuhl für Wirtschaftsinformatik und E-Government an der Universität Potsdam. 2010 promovierte sie erfolgreich und ist seit April 2015 Juniorprofessorin der Wirtschaftsinformatik. 2018 erreichte sie mit einer erfolgreichen Evaluierung der Juniorprofessur eine Habilitationsäquivalenz.

Prof. Dr. rer. pol. Moreen Heine

Prof. Dr. Moreen Heine completed her studies in Political Science and Computer Science at the University of Potsdam in 2001. From December 2004 to March 2005 she worked at the Institute for eGovernement (IfG.CC) in Potsdam. Since February 2005 she has been working at the Chair of Information Systems and E-Government at the University of Potsdam. She successfully completed her doctorate in 2010 and has been a junior professor of business informatics since April 2015. In 2018 she achieved habilitation equivalence with a successful evaluation of the junior professorship.

Dr. rer. pol. Christof Thim

Dr. Christof Thim is a postdoctoral fellow at the Chair of Processes and Systems at the University of Potsdam. He received his doctorate in 2017 on "Technology acceptance in companies". He led workshops and mini-tracks at ECIS and HICSS on a wide range of topics. His research focuses on adaptive processes and systems. He is currently investigating conscious forgetting as a way of adapting to digital transformation (DFG SPP 1921). He is co-editor of the journal "Transactions on Enterprise Systems" (aes-journal.com).

Sander Lass

Sander Lass is head of the research group Factory Software and Technical Business Informatics at the Chair of Business Informatics, especially Processes and Systems, at the University of Potsdam. He is also responsible for the Research and Application Center Industry 4.0, a cyber-physical model factory that aims to transfer research results into real applications. Within the scope of his research, he deals with the software design of modern factories with regard to the adaptive integration of different technology components and software systems as well as the efficient implementation of current concepts (e.g. Industrial Internet of Things) and organizational principles (e.g. autonomous or decentralized production control).
Dr. Gergana Vladova

Dr. Gergana Vladova

Universität Potsdam

Gergana Vladova is a postdoctoral fellow at the Chair of Information Systems with a focus on processes and systems at the University of Potsdam and head of the research group "Education and Training in the Digital Society" at the Weizenbaum Institute in Berlin. She holds a Master's degree in International Economic Relations from the University of Sofia (Bulgaria) and in Communication and Economics from the FU Berlin as well as a PhD from the University of Potsdam. She researches, publishes and teaches in various application-oriented and DFG-funded research projects on competence development in the context of digitization, knowledge and innovation management and product piracy.
